1. Introduction
Welcome to Intellics K.K. ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using our services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

4. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share your personal information:
- With your consent

5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. If you have any concerns about the processing of your data, please contact us at contact@intellics.ai.
6. Security Measures
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
7. Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, services provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it. Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics; it does not itself collect personal information.
Information sent to Google when you view a page:
- the address of the page, the referring page and the page title
- browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language
- approximate location (country and city), derived by Google from your IP address; Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself
- a random identifier kept in the cookies
_gaand_ga_*, which lets visits from the same browser be counted together - the time of the visit and the links you select to Kabuken, Intellics Labs and our contact e-mail address (the link destination only; we do not send the e-mail address you use, form input or any other information that identifies you)
Purpose: to measure visits and the use of the site, and to improve its content. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising: advertising and personalisation features are switched off, and we do not link analytics data with other information that identifies you.
Retention: Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months, after which it is deleted.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded, and nothing is sent to Google, until you select "Allow analytics" in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, they are not loaded. To decide whether to show the banner, the site asks Cloudflare, which hosts it, for the country of your connection; this request stays on intellics.ai. Your choice is stored in the cookie intellics_ga_consent for 13 months and applies to all intellics.ai sites, including Kabuken and Intellics Labs.
How to opt out: you can change your choice at any time in cookie settings. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and its privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. Data processed by Google may be stored on servers outside Japan, including in the United States.
8. Information Sent to External Parties (Japan Telecommunications Business Act)
Under the external transmission rules of the Telecommunications Business Act of Japan (Article 27-12), we disclose the following. When you open a page on this site, your browser sends information to the recipient below. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, this happens only after they allow analytics.
- Recipient: Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Information sent: as listed in section 7: page address, referring page and title, browser and device information, IP address (used by Google to derive approximate location), the cookie identifier and the links selected on the site
- Purpose of use: measuring visits and use of the site and improving its content, as described in section 7
- Opt out: cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version will be available on our website with the effective date.
